| I've been going to Fort Mitchel garage for almost 20 years. They are not the cheapest, but their pricing is fair. You certainly get what you paid for. They're unusually experienced and skilled with wide and deep knowledge about car care and maintenance. The mechanics I see today are the same ones I met 20 years ago. They are well-spoken and thoughtful. They are not flashy nor pushy and have several times advised, after careful explanations of cost and benefit, that some repairs are probably not worth the investment. Their honesty and competence has impressed me. If you can't get an appointment with Fort Mitchel, Joseph Cadillac (maintenance) is also very good. You'll see all makes and models in their maintenance facility. Apparently, I'm not the only one who likes them. They are also quite honest and capable and charge fair prices. They, too, are almost comedically non-pushy. Two great shops. Fort Mitchel is my first choice because of their very unusual long family experience and professional knowledge with a long view of customer relationships: Fort Mitchel Garage seems to offer trustworthiness in order to maintain long customer relationships. |

| I called on very short notice to ask if they could check out my wife's car before she took it on an 8 hour drive. They were booked solid but didn't want he leaving without some sense of comfort. We dropped it off the next morning and my Noon they had it checked out and deemed ready for the trip. I have a great amount of trust and respect for Ron and the team at Fort Mitchell Garage. |
