| 5 I was very happy with both the service and the customer interaction. I am glad to have a home again for my mechanical needs as I went to Roger Kuchle for over 40 years and felt lost when he closed his shop. Just an aside. I got $50 for my catalytic converter! | I've been in the area for 6 months and needed to find a place to address the problems with my car. I worked 20+ years as an ASE certified mechanic but I'm disabled now and can no longer do work myself or at my place of residence. My vehicle was towed in, checked over and estimate given in a timely manner and less than I had intisipated. It was a time consuming repair due to rust but they stayed right at it and did a wonderful job! I can't give 5 stars only because nobody is perfect but I would give them a 4.9 if available. |

| I was quoted a price to clean my battery for $42. I approved the work. When I arrived to pay and pickup my vehicle, the cost was $151. They failed to inform me the battery needed to be replaced. I would not have approved the work if originally told that. They also failed to perform all activities listed on the report. They did end up fully refunding my costs. |

| Excellent price and service. Service was started and completed on the day promised. Mechanic and office staff were courteous, helpful, and very informative. I used to go to a neighborhood mechanic, but when he couldn?t fit me in, I went to Ft. Mitchell and have been going ever since. |
