| Work always seems to get completed right the first time |

| My car was overheating, and I was able to get it to the nearest service center, where they concluded that my head was cracked. They recommended Ft Mitchell Garage, and said they do good work and are also honest and reliable. Expecting a repair bill of a few thousand dollars, I had my car towed to them to check it thoroughly. Because they were very busy, it took a couple of days for them to get to it and contact me with a diagnosis, but I didn't mind, because the news was great! Even though they were aware of what I believed was the problem, they did not take advantage of me and do unnecessary repairs, but fixed only what was broken. They also notified me of other issues that might be a problem down the road. My repairs cost me much, much less than I anticipated, and I feel secure in knowing that my car was thoroughly checked out. They also worked with me to be able to pay and pick up my car during off hours. I have already recommended this business to others who might need repairs done. |

| Fort Mitchell Garage was very good diagnosing and repairing the check engine light and power door lock problems on my car. I have used Fort Mitchell Garage many times over the last 15 years for body/paint and mechanical repair and I have been impressed with their quality work, knowledge, and professionalism. They have solved problems that have stumped the new car dealerships several times. Also, their body/paint repairs have held up better than the original factory paint. |
